icAPPe is a complete end to end café selection, ordering and payment application. It’s simple to use and avoids :
•those frustrating lines when I am in a hurry
•not having change because its cash only
•ordering things I don’t need because of a minimum credit limit
•disappointing the boss or client because I get the order wrong or it takes so long
SELECT
Your cafe
•Using the “Search” function you can select a café close to your current location via either the LIST or MAP functions
Your coffee
•Once you have chosen your café you can then intuitively select what you want to order by category and item. Then add multiple quantities (for the standard item) or individualise using the “Options” button on things like size, milk used, sweetner. You can even send your barista an individual message in the free text area.
•When happy “Add to Cart” and make another selection or when complete “Place Order”
You can also SAVE TIME by selecting directly from a previously saved “Favorite” café order – this takes the café along with the ordered items including any options and text. Simply add a pickup time in the ORDER process and your coffee is on its way to the cup.
ORDER
•Your order will be summarised on the screen – simply select a “Pickup Time” – and “Place Order”
•If this is your FAVORITE order simply press “Add to Favorites” button – give it a name – and you have it ready as a shortcut for future use
PAYMENT
•You can Pay on Pickup or Pay from icAPPe cash
•You establish a Balance on your account via a fully secured and guaranteed credit card payment
•Each order then draws from your balance which is tracked and always visible within icAPPe
•When it gets too low you go through a simple and secure 3 step “topup” process and your ordering again
•Each Topup payment generates a “Tax Invoice” email to your nominated email account as confirmation and so you ensure you can claim all those legitimate coffee business meetings as a tax deduction
You get a history of all your orders held and accessible within the APP and full 24/7 support if you have any issues with the application or your order.
